Indochina Sails Cruise 3 days / 2 nights

Indochina Sail is one of the famous names for Junk cruise in Halong Bay. Locally built, Indochina Sail’s Boats and Junks are utilizing local materials and the handiwork of skilled shipbuilders, craftsmen and artists. As in the old days Indochina Sail Cruises are built entirely of wood and timber. The wood featured in the interiors and exterior of the Indochina Sail Cruises add to the rich and warm character of the boats and cozy atmosphere for the overall Halong Bay Cruise

Each of Indochina Sail’s boats features spacious, well-appointed cabins and suites with large en-suite marble bathrooms, a large sundeck with comfortable lounging furniture and an elegant dining room and bar. The Boat built to strike the perfect balance of modern comforts and Oriental style ambiance.

The Indochina Sail 1 and Indochina Sail 2 look very much similar and both launched in 2007. Each boat comprises 15 cabins (Superior and Deluxe Cabins). The deluxe cabins are a bit larger and feature rainfall showers and are all situated on the second decks of the boats.

The latest one, launched in late 2008, the Indochina Sail 3 features ceramic artworks handcrafted in Bat Trang near Hanoi, well known as the home of the country’s most talented ceramic craftsmen. And the boat is well decorated with silk from Van Phuc, the “Silk Village”.

Indochina Sail’s dining rooms offer a comfortable and romantic setting, with large panoramic windows from which to take in the beauty of Halong Long bay while enjoying best Vietnamese cuisine available in the Bay. The Indochina Sail’s cozy bars offer a selection of Aperitifs, Spirits, Cocktails, beer and a selection of fine wines from around the world.

Day 1 Hanoi - Halong bay (L,D)
We depart  for Halong Bay in the morning. Along the way we will have a short break for coffee at a humanity center. Arrival Halong Bay wharf at noon time, we transfer to our Indochina Sail Cruise. On the cruise we will have a short briefing about cruise and Halong bay.A delicious lunch with sea food will be served among cruising into a thousand of islands. This afternoon we will have chance to exploring some of the particularly caves and scenery around the bay. The rest of the day we can visit a fishing village nearby or we can hire a Kayak available on Junk for our freeways. (Kayaking is optional extra charge) Tonight our Buffet dinner served on cruise again.

Day 2 Explore Halong Bay (B,L,D)
Sunrise will be a fabulous experience, we will have a half an hour Tai Chi practice on the sundeck before coffee and breakfast is unforgettable activities on our Halong Bay cruise. Today we will discover Halong Bay by smaller boat “Day Boat” which we can easier get through to explore some of the untouched areas. It is also the chance for us to enjoy other activities such as Swimming, kayaking, sunbath or leisure around a thousand of island and islets. Back to our cruise to enjoy the sunset from the Cruise top deck. Tonight we will have set menu dinner.

Day 3 Halong Bay - Hanoi (B)
Another Tai Chi activity again on the sundeck (optional) then follows by having coffee and breakfast. Today we visit the one of the biggest cave in Halong bay called Surprise Cave or Amazing Cave. This one was founded by French when they were here in early of 20th century. The cave has three parts with thousand of stalagmites and stalactites which really make us “Surprising”. The cruise keeps going by the different parts of Halong bay on the way back to the Halong wharf. We will farewell to the crews then our drive will take us back to Hanoi. Trip concluded at the hotel in Hanoi.

Rules for kid:
+ Child under 5 years old: free of charge
+ Child from 5-12 years old: 50% charge
+ Child reduction applicable only if sharing a cabin with maximum of 02 adutls and only 1 child maximum per cabin.

Peak season surcharge:
+ 25% on Christmas 24/12; New Year 31/12 and Lunar New Year’s Eve.
