Your trip will start the exploration in the unique beauty of Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand for more than two centuries. The name “Bangkok” means “City of Angels” or “Krungthep” in Thai. You will visit the city's most splendid temples to its evocative floating markets. From Bangkok you will board lovely and luxury cruise 2 days / 1 night upstream on Chao Praya river to the ancient city of Ayutthaya, you will have chance to enjoy the picturesque floating market, the local life along the river. After disembark the cruise, you will continue the trip further into the heart of rural Thailand at Uthai Thani and then to Kanchanburu town in the west of Thailand and the capital of Kanchanaburi province where will experience riding on an elephant before immersing in the serenity of the lush forest along the Kwai Yai River. After all, you will travel back to Bangkok to end trip of 8 days and 7 nights.

Day 1 : Arrival - Bangkok

Day 1: Arrival - Bangkok
On arrival at Bangkok Airport , you are met and transferred to hotel. The glorious history of Thai Capital, Bangkok is much interwoven with the Chakri Dynasty which still reigns but no longer rules Thailand. Checking in to the hotel and free to relaxing. Overnight in Bangkok
Day 2 : Bangkok (B)
After breakfast we tours visit to Royal Grand Palace, dedicated to the Thai Royal Family’s ceremony. In the same compound is the magnificent Wat Phra Kaew, which is famous for the Emerald Buddha Image. After visit these complex we followed by visit to Wat Pho a house gigantic Reclining Buddha. We visit Wat Arun, the temple of Dawn ,before lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will drive visit the Wat Traimit is well known as the Golden Buddha. Return to hotel and free for relaxing. Overnight in Bangkok
Day 3 : Bangkok - Damnern Saduak - Floating Market – Bangkok (B)
Early morning we drive to the south- west of Bangkok, visit to local market at Samut Songkram before we continue driving to Damnoen Saduak a rural floating market. We will stop to visit coconut sugar palm industry. Arriving at Damnern Saduak we will board on a long tail boat ride along the water way to the picturesque floating market of Damnern Saduak. After visit these sites we continue to visit the royal Thai handicraft industrial, Lunch will be in the Rose Garden and then visit the Rose Garden, its consists of over 50 acres of tropical paradise with flower gardens, orchards and a typical Thai village. Thai village show starts at 3:00 p.m. and you can witness ordination into the fingernail dance, Thai boxing, hill tribe dance, sword fighting, elephants at work and folk dancing.. After that transfer back to Bangkok. Overnight in hotel in Bangkok.
Day 4 : Bangkok - Mekhala (B,D)
Morning free and your excursion starts as the MEKHALA casts off around 1.30 pm and heads up the Chao Phraya River, passing the magnificent Grand Palace and the Temple of Dawn and observing the way of rural life along the river. Arriving at Pathum Thani in the afternoon, you will visit a fresh market where local people shop for food, fresh produce and a variety of Thai sweets. At sunset, the MEKHALA will dock at Wat Kai Tia, a Buddhist temple located in a tranquil rural village. An exquisite candlelit dinner of mouth-watering Thai cuisine will be served on the deck. You will spend the night on board the boat, in your air-conditioned cabin.
Day 5 : Mekhala - Ayuthaya - Uthaithani (B,L)
For early risers, you can partake in the Buddhist tradition of offering alms to monks at dawn. Following a sumptuous breakfast, disembark from Mekhala at Bang-Pa-In for Summer Palace, which showcases some of the finest examples of Thai architecture. Cruise along the river to the Ayuthaya where you will witness the splendour of the ancient ruins in this old capital city. Drive northwards into the heart of rural Thailand at Uthai Thani to visit Wat Tasung and the Crystal and Golden Hills. Overnight in Uthaithani.
Day 6 : Uthai Thani - Kanchanaburi (B,L)
In the morning, after breakfast stroll through the morning market to experience the languid pace of life in the countryside before driving to Kanchanaburi. Visit the war museum and second World War cemetery, and even ride a train on the infamous death railway through the dramatic Kwai Noi gorge if time permits. Overnight in Kanchanaburi.
Day 7 : Kanchanaburi - Bangkok (B,L)
After breakfast head out of the town to the elephant camp where you will experience riding on an elephant before immersing in the serenity of the lush forest setting as you gently float down the Kwai Yai River. In the afternoon, you will be taken to Wat Pha Luang Ta Bua, also known as Tiger Temple, an animal rescue center where you can get up close with the tigers when monks walk these big cats in the evening. Return to Bangkok in the late afternoon. Overnight in Bangkok
Day 8 : Bangkok – Departure (B)
Time free and transfer to airport for flight back home / or next destination. End of service
