Phang Nga Bay is blessed with azure waters, islands and fascinating rock formations. For an ideal escape to a tropical paradise, discover Phang Nga archipelago aboard the Suwan Macha, a luxury schooner, rigged with the sails of a traditional junk. Visit the sea gypsy village, James Bond Island and the world famous beach of Maya, with opportunities for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing.

As a long-standing icon of the region, the Suwan Macha sets a relaxed course between Phuket, Phang Nga Bay, Krabi, and the Phi Phi Islands - a storybook setting for romantic adventure at sea.

On a voyage with no more than 10 guests, experiences remain uncluttered and personalised. A sense of discovery accompanies much of what you see and do with an emphasis on ease, comfort and choice. Our prices include roundtrip transfers from and to any hotel on Phuket Island, accommodation base on sharing a double or twin cabin (non air-conditioned), full board, water, soft drinks, coffee and tea, the use of all water sports equipment on board and the National Park entrance fees. A fully-stocked bar is available. Our experienced crew and the excellent cook on board will make this journey an unforgettable experience.

PROGRAMME A:

Day 1  Saturday:  Phuket - Phang Nga (D)
At around noon you will be picked up at your hotel and taken to the Suwan Macha, moored at Yacht Haven pier. The schooner sets sail at 2 p.m. for the towering islands of Phang Nga Bay and the ever-popular James Bond Island. The boat will anchor in time for you to view the picturesque sunset. Dinner will be provided and you will stay overnight on the Suwan Macha.

Day 2  Sunday: Phang Nga – Krabi  (B,L,D)
Enjoy breakfast on the deck. The boat will be on course for Krabi where you will visit the sea gypsy village and enjoy a boat ride amongst the mangroves and hidden lagoons. Spend the afternoon in the clear green waters of Krabi or sunbathe at a deserted white sand beach. Sunset is yours to admire on the deck of the boat while you partake of a succulent feast of Thai cuisine.

Day 3 Monday: Krabi - Phi Phi Island  (B,L,D)
After breakfast, the schooner will sail gently past the islands between Krabi and Phi Phi. After dinner on board the boat, you will be able to sit back and enjoy the peacefulness of the starry night in a secluded bay.
